A: Yes, feel free to send us your requests through the contact form. Katie would be happy to give your jewelry a personal touch. There is an added cost for some custom orders.

Q: How do I track my order?

A: You should receive a tracking number in the shipping notification email within 2 days of placing your order. If not, please tell us through the contact form, and we will find out what happened.

A: During checkout there is a place to enter your promo code. Enter the code and click "apply" before placing your order.

A: Yes. Select "International Shipping" at checkout to see the rates.

Q: What is the best way to care for jewelry made by Katie Waltman?

A: Each piece of Katie Waltman jewelry is hand-crafted, often with unique beads and components and requires delicate handling. After wearing the jewelry, gently wipe with a soft jewelry cloth and store in a jewelry box. Please note that many of our pieces are made with wire-wrapping techniques, which should be delicately handled and stored in an appropriate setting. Avoid undue moisture and should your item get wet, make sure to dry it off. Certain metals and plating (specifically gold-plated) can tarnish over time when exposed to chemicals, such as pool and sea water, hair spray, perfume and lotions. It's recommended to put your jewelry on last to minimize the contact with these chemicals.

Q: How can I have a KW Jewelry item repaired?

A: We are often able to repair broken items for less than it would cost to purchase a new one. We are also able to re-dip gold-plated items that have become worn. We do not repair or re-dip any other brand of jewelry. The typical turnaround time is 1-2 weeks from when we receive the item. Shipping to and from our shop is the customer's responsibility.
