How We Ship

For orders under $100, shipping is $5.99. Any domestic orders that are over $100 have free shipping. For faster shipping, we also offer USPS Priority (usually takes 2-3 days) and USPS Priority Express (usually takes 1-2 days). Select your preferred method of shipping at checkout. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days.

FREE In-store Pickup

We also offer FREE in-store pickup at our boutique location in Salt Lake City. Pickup is usually available same day. Select this option during checkout, and you will receive an email once it's available for pickup. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Online Return Policy

You may return items for store credit only within 14 days of receipt. In order to receive a full credit, goods must be returned to our shipping department in original condition, unworn and with tags attached within 14 days of receiving your order.  Sunglasses, consumables and sale items are final sale. Items deemed ineligible for return will be sent back at senders expense. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Items purchased from Katiewaltman.com may also be returned in-store at any Katie Waltman Boutique location. Returns should be sent to:

Store credit will be given in the form of a digital gift card. Please allow 3-5 days for returns to be processed once received by us.
