I purchased the free returns option. The necklace was cute but didn’t work out for the charm I wanted to put on it, so I tried to return it by following the instructions on the website, which was to email customer service. They never got back to me. I am going to keep following up so hopefully this gets solved but I am definitely I am definitely disappointed.
